2006 Semillon
Refreshing lemonade and lemon sherbet flavours are supported by a delicate but tight acid structure. The finish is persistent, with lingering lime zest characters adding great length. Drink now or cellar for 2-6 years, it goes well with fresh or cooked seafood and salads.
2007 Semillon
Fresh lemon peel and citrus aromas give this wine a refreshing lemon citrus flavour with a hint of tropical fruit to fill the palate. The finish is persistent with lingering lemon juice characters adding excellent length. Drink now or cellar for 2-6 years, it goes well with fresh or cooked seafood and salads.
2007 Unwooded Chardonnay
With a bouquet of tropical fruits and melon aromas, this rich, flavoursome wine has a fruit-driven style. Displaying melon and apple characteristics combined with a pleasing acidity, it leads to a lengthy, fruity finish. Ideal for drinking now or cellaring for 1-2 years for added complexity, it goes extremely well with white meats, seafood pastas or as a refreshing drink on its own.
2008 Unwooded Chardonnay
A rich, flavoursome wine that has received no oaking treatments. The wine is fruit driven, displaying luscious melon and apple characters, combined with appealing acidity, all leading to a lengthy fruity finish. Drink now, but short term cellaring for 1-2 years will add complexity. Excellent with white meats and seafood pastas.
2008 Verdelho
Typical of Verdelho from this region, the wine displays a tropical fruit palate that is rich, complex and long, with a sweet fruit finish. Made for early drinking, this wine is excellent with spicy Asian dishes or cooked seafoods and salads.
2006 Shiraz
A deep red/purple in colour with an intense bouquet of plum and spice with gentle oak overtones. The palate is full yet soft, with a smooth tannin structure. Displaying plum fruit characteristics with a spicy complexity, the wine has great persistence of flavour and is medium to full-bodied in style. Drinking well now, it can be cellared for up to 8 years to further develop complexity. Ideal as an accompaniment to red meat and pasta dishes and mature cheeses.
2007 Shiraz
Displaying intense bouquets of plum and spice with gentle oak overtones and smooth tannins, the palate is full yet soft. These complex characters give the wine great persistence of flavour with a medium to full bodied style. Drink now, but cellaring of 5–8 years will add further complexity. Excellent with red meat dishes, pastas and mature cheese.
2007 Sparkling Rosé
This vibrant wine has a refreshing, fruit-driven style. The palate displays excellent strawberry and raspberry flavours combined with a lingering creamy mousse. Made from premium fruit, it has a touch of sweetness yet retains its natural acidity to make it the ideal partner for canapés, antipasti or chocolates. Drinking well now.
